MAG Property Development is founded

In 2003 Moafaq Al Gaddah established MAG Property Development, a dedicated arm to capitalise on Dubai's emergence as a global real estate hotspot. It was a pivotal pivot that would come to define the group's future, moving MAG from trading into large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use development.
