MAG launches Dubai South's MAG 5 Boulevard affordable housing

MAG Property Development developed MAG 5 Boulevard in Dubai South, marketed as one of Dubai's first affordable housing communities, with 13 buildings and 1,118 apartments across an 800,000 sq ft site. Construction began in 2016, extending MAG's 'Value Homes' strategy under the group's real estate arm.
