MAG Group takes shape as a holding company

As the business spread across automotive, commercial trading, manufacturing, freight and contracting, its interests were consolidated under the Moafaq Al Gaddah (MAG) Group holding structure in the late 1990s. The step gave a growing collection of ventures a single, cohesive corporate identity.
