IGO and Emaar develop 'The Eighth Gate' near Damascus

Invest Group Overseas (IGO), a division associated with Moafaq Al Gaddah's MAG Group, partnered with Emaar Properties on 'The Eighth Gate,' a master-planned mixed-use community near Damascus, Syria intended to host the Damascus Stock Exchange. The project, launched in the mid-2000s, was later affected by the crisis in Syria.
