A real estate portfolio surpassing $12 billion

By 2025 MAG's real estate portfolio had reached a valuation of more than US$12 billion, with 4,851 residential units completed and a further 3,367 under construction. The figures placed the group among the UAE's most valuable private real estate portfolios.
